We consider it our responsibility to protect your privacy. This is why we have created this page, to let you know which of your details we save when you make a reservation or buy a gift certificate.

We respect the privacy of all the users of our website. This is why we ensure that any personal information we receive, is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Making a reservation
When making a reservation, we ask you for several personal details. We need these details to complete your reservation.
We ask for your name, so we can personalise your confirmation. We need your email address to send the confirmation email to. Because we are a moving tram restaurant and always on the move, we are dependent on other parties such as the tram itself and traffic around it. This is why we ask for your place of residence and your mobile phone number, so we can inform you of any changes if necessary. Your details are not shared with other parties and your data are saved on secure servers. Your data will be kept there, unless you ask us to remove them.

Buying a gift certificate
When buying a gift certificate, we ask you for several personal details. We need these details to make and send the gift certificate.
We ask for your name, so we can personalise the gift certificate. We need your email address to send the gift certificate. You can then decide whether to print the certificate or send it to the recipient electronically. Because we are a riding tram restaurant and always on the move, we are dependent on other parties such as the tram itself and traffic around it. This is why we ask for your place of residence and your mobile phone number, so we can inform you of any changes if necessary. Your details are not shared with other parties and your data are saved on secure servers. Your data will be kept there, unless you ask us to remove them.
